Sushi school bookings (OrderFood)

The sushi school is booked as an experience on our page at OrderFood (fusionsushi.orderfood.se/upplevelser). In the booking you provide your name, mobile number, email address and any allergies or preferences. OrderFood is our booking platform and processes this data on our behalf.

  • Purpose: to manage your booking, contact you about changes and adapt ingredients to allergies.
  • Legal basis: contract (your booking). Allergies and preferences are processed with your consent when you provide them. If you tick the box for marketing messages, that is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Retention: the data is kept for as long as needed for the booking and our accounts, and is then deleted.

You pay the full amount as part of the booking. The payment is handled by OrderFood's payment provider – we never see your card details.

What you do on OrderFood's site is also covered by OrderFood's own terms and privacy policy.

Places left shown on this site

On the sushi school page we show how many places are left for each class. Those figures are fetched by our own server from OrderFood and contain only seat counts and times – no information about you is sent to OrderFood when you read the page.

Contact by email and phone

If you email or call us, for example about catering or gift cards, we keep the details you give us so we can reply and send a quote. The correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Ordering online (OrderFood)

Orders are placed on our ordering page at OrderFood (fusionsushi.orderfood.se). OrderFood's terms and privacy policy apply to the details you provide when ordering and paying.

Third-party content and cookies

This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies of its own. The map is loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under its terms. If you click through to book or order you leave this site for OrderFood, where their terms and cookies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy, correction or deletion of your data and to object to the processing. Contact us at info@fusion-sushi.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
