45 minutes at the counter with a Japanese instructor and Chef Kassim. You learn to cook the rice, slice the fish and roll your own sushi, and then you eat what you made. No experience needed.

Behind the counter is Kassim, an international sushi chef with more than 20 years of experience. He has cooked in Norway, Iceland, Spain and Sweden, including at Hotel Tylösand, before opening Fusion Sushi on Ön in Limhamn.
